Return Policy
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, Toydreamy does not offer returns under the following circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Order Confirmation: Once an order is confirmed, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as unsuitability (e.g., incorrect judgment of size, firmness, or material) or dissatisfaction with the color of the product.
- Post-Delivery Conditions: Products lost, stolen, or damaged after receipt are ineligible for return.
If your situation meets the requirements for a refund, we will promptly initiate the process. Please allow 2 to 14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. If you have questions or concerns during this time, feel free to contact our customer support team; we’re here to assist.
Conditions for Refunds:
- Order Size Discrepancy: If you receive a product that does not match the ordered size, please contact us immediately. Send a photo clearly showing both the length and weight of the product. Our team will resolve the issue for you promptly.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If the product arrives defective or damaged, notify our service team within 2 days of receiving the package. We will work to resolve any issues or arrange for a replacement within 24 hours.
