Return Policy

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, Toydreamy does not offer returns under the following circumstances, including but not limited to:

  1. Order Confirmation: Once an order is confirmed, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as unsuitability (e.g., incorrect judgment of size, firmness, or material) or dissatisfaction with the color of the product.
  2. Post-Delivery Conditions: Products lost, stolen, or damaged after receipt are ineligible for return.

If your situation meets the requirements for a refund, we will promptly initiate the process. Please allow 2 to 14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. If you have questions or concerns during this time, feel free to contact our customer support team; we’re here to assist.

Conditions for Refunds:

  1. Order Size Discrepancy: If you receive a product that does not match the ordered size, please contact us immediately. Send a photo clearly showing both the length and weight of the product. Our team will resolve the issue for you promptly.
  2. Defective or Damaged Products: If the product arrives defective or damaged, notify our service team within 2 days of receiving the package. We will work to resolve any issues or arrange for a replacement within 24 hours.
